Soccer Tournament
Dates Set: June 20-22, 2008
Red River Soccer
Club, Moorhead Soccer Club, and West Fargo Soccer Club will jointly
host the first Tri-City Soccer tournament. The tournament will be held
June 20-22, 2008 at the Pepsi Soccer Complex in Fargo, North Dakota.
The event will consist of a boys and girls brackets in all age groups.

Soccer:
Sunday, April 27 games postponed;
Rescheduled for Sunday, May 18
Because
of the continued cold and snowy weather, all recreational games scheduled
for Sunday, April 27 (rescheduled from Saturday, April 26) have been
postponed. Those games will now be played on Sunday, May 18. All games
will start four hours later than the original Saturday, April 26 start
time. The games orginally scheduled for 9am will begin at 1pm. The 10:30am
games will begin at 2:30pm. the 12:00pm games will be played at 4:00pm.
The 1:30 games will begin at 5:30pm.

Registrations
are now being taken for the Fall 2008/Spring 2009 recreational soccer
season. To ensure sufficient coaches and fields, RRSC begins it registration
for a coming season before the current season is over. Below are the
information sheet and registration form. The registration deadline
is June 7, 2008.

The Red River Soccer
Club is offering a summer soccer program for childern ages 4 and 5.
The program is intended to introduce them to the game, teach some basic
skills, and offer non-competitive fun games. Below is the registration

Are Driving In Donations to
Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Soccer League
FARGO, N.D.,
(Dec. 27, 2007) – The Fargo-Moorhead- West Fargo Soccer League
is receiving a donation of more than $2944 in funds and equipment from
Fargo Tire Service and Uniroyal Tire as part of a longstanding program
designed by Uniroyal to support youth soccer across the nation.
Now in its eighth year as a major sponsor of youth
soccer, Uniroyal and its dealers have provided 735,500 free soccer balls
to soccer families across America and have donated a total of $10 million
in funds and equipment.

Parking at
Northwest Tech Soccer Fields
in Moorhead
Beginning
next weekend (October 6th), parking tickets will be issued to cars parked
on the south side of 24th Ave. near the Northwest Tech soccer fields.
This will be a $15.00 parking ticket. Please respect the parking rules
in this neighborhood while the new Moorhead soccer fields are under
construction.
